I have included a selection of historical and present day stories which bear some of the characteristics of the four major MCIs (New York 2001, Madrid 2004, London 2005 and Mumbai 2006). It would appear there was an established pattern of details/characteristics, before the 9/11 attacks on the Twin Towers and Pentagon. This would suggest there is Another Leader; Al-Qaeda has been instructed to claim responsibility but was not in fact responsible.
